With over two decades of fashion industry leadership, Ezra Jones stands as a visionary publicist, creative director, and brand strategist redefining the art of modern fashion storytelling. As the Founder and Creative Executive Officer of The Fstate Agency, Jones leads a Cultural Identity Operating System dedicated to developing and amplifying diverse fashion and lifestyle brands across global markets.

As Editor-in-Chief of TheFstate Magazine, Jones curates bold, culture-driven narratives that merge fashion, identity, and innovation, positioning the publication as a leading voice in contemporary fashion media. His influence extends far beyond the runway—he is the founder of the Black Agents Network, co-created with Tiauna Jackson, the trailblazing CEO of The Jackson Agency and the first Black woman elected to the Association of Talent Agents. Jones also founded Culture Fashion Week, a nonprofit organization celebrating diversity, representation, and cultural excellence in fashion through global events and creative advocacy.

A respected member of Publicists for the Culture, Respect the Publicist, Fashion Group International, and the Black Excellence Society, Jones has earned acclaim as a multi-published photographer and creative director. His campaigns and imagery have been featured in major national and international publications, cementing his reputation as a luxury fashion visionary and cultural influencer.

Jones’s media relations portfolio includes collaborations with some of the most influential figures in fashion and entertainment—media mogul Jason Lee, CFDA designer Justin Haynes, designers Miko Underwood and Lewis Beilharz, and Forbes 30 Under 30 celebrity stylist Brittany Diego. His creative partnerships extend to Dana Isaiah(author and talent manager to Jordin Sparks), Norman Towns (HBO’s Insecure), RIAA Platinum-certified artist Austin Sexton, Tyler Jacob, supermodel Yvesmark Chery, celebrity choreographer Jeremy Copeland, and Marvel Studios actor Chukwudi Iwuji (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3).

In 2023, Jones made history as one of only 500 creatives selected worldwide for the inaugural Black Queer Creative Summit, sponsored by GLAAD, Gilead Sciences, and Crocs—a milestone that underscores his enduring influence as a cultural leader shaping the future of fashion, media, and entertainment.
