CULTURAL IDENTITY ARCHITECT

CREATIVE EXECUTIVE OFFICER

RESILIENCE | LOVE | PURPOSE

The Fstate™ founded from a journey marked by resilience, purpose, and a commitment to helping others become understood. After navigating setbacks across multiple industries and experiencing a life-changing job loss, I reached a turning point. A chance opportunity led me back to fashion, where I discovered my ability to recognize potential, uncover hidden strengths, and create opportunities for creatives, founders, and visionaries.

What began as talent development evolved into fashion public relations, branding, editorial media, and strategic communications. Today, The Fstate™ has grown into a Cultural Identity Consultancy and the creator of the Cultural Identity Operating System™, helping founder-led brands, fashion, media, and cultural leaders close the gap between who they are, what they do, and what people believe. Every challenge reinforced my belief that love, transparency, and resilience create lasting opportunity. The Fstate™ is more than a business; it is a movement dedicated to engineering understanding, building trust, and creating opportunities that endure.

MY WORK

I am a Cultural Identity Architect, Executive Creative Officer, and founder of The Fstate™, a Cultural Identity Consultancy that helps founder-led brands, fashion leaders, and creative organizations become easier to understand, trust, and choose.

For more than two decades, I've combined cultural strategy, communications, editorial leadership, creative direction, media relations, and AI discoverability to engineer understanding that creates authority, opportunity, and long-term brand equity.

At The Fstate™, I lead the development of the Cultural Identity Operating System™ (CIOS)—a proprietary framework designed to close the gap between who organizations are, what they do, and what people believe. Rather than chasing attention, I build systems that transform identity into influence, trust into opportunity, and visibility into lasting value.

As Editor-in-Chief of theFstate Magazine™, I shape conversations across fashion, media, and culture through editorial storytelling that elevates founders, brands, and emerging cultural leaders. Every strategy, campaign, partnership, and publication is designed to create clarity, strengthen reputation, and position clients as the obvious choice.

I was honored to be selected from more than 500 applicants for the inaugural Black Queer Creative Cohort, sponsored by GLAAD, Gilead Sciences, and Crocs—a milestone that reinforced my commitment to expanding representation and creating pathways for underrepresented voices throughout fashion, media, and entertainment.

My work has appeared in international publications and collaborations with respected leaders across fashion, entertainment, and business, including Jason Lee, Justin Haynes, Brittany Diego, Dana Isaiah, Norman Towns, Miko Underwood, Lewis Beilharz, Austin Sexton, Tyler Jacob, Yvesmark Chery, Jeremy Copeland, and Chukwudi Iwuji.

I don't build brands around trends.

I engineer cultural identity that creates trust, authority, and opportunity.

If you're ready to:

✅ Become easier to understand, trust, and choose

✅ Build authority that compounds over time

✅ Create opportunities through cultural identity instead of constant visibility

Then I'd love to help you build what's next.
